Groovewax, plus qu’un style éclectique qui cherche à s’affranchir des normes, c’est avant tout un Groove. Les gars sont pas là pour assaisonner les choux, mais plutôt pour mélanger, déconstruire, décloisonner les genres musicaux jusqu’à en former un tierce, insaisissable dans la diversité de son esthétique. Quelque part entre les productions Hip-hop et Reggae, l’instrumentation aux arôm

es tantôt Soul, tantôt inspirée du Jazz et de l’Electro, Groovewax propose une élucubration rythmée aux influences new-yorkais tout juste expatrié de Kingston. Ce duo, composé de Groove Sparkz (Champion de France DMC 2018/2017/2015/2014, Vice Champion du monde IDA 2013, Champion RedBull Thre3style 2011) et de Mister-Frenchwax (Multi-instrumentiste, compositeur, BeatMaker, DJ de Supachill et de Dekay) offrira un show live détonnant, entre le scratch et le Bad Man Things.
