This was supposed to be my "professional" page. But Meta's homophobic practices have been a constant challenge and have limited this page from experiencing ANY growth. I turned 38 a couple days ago & I'm starting the year off right with a workout & red light therapy. A nasty hip injury has limited my exercise for the last 2.5 months, so I'm trying to rebuild & get stronger in 2025. 💪
