Join me at the Haliburton School of Art and Design for a one-day Egyptian Bellydance workshop on Saturday, July 4th! Learn about Egyptian dance history and costuming, while we practice moves and put it together into a choreography over the course of the day. This workshop is structured for both beginners and those with some Bellydance experience.

New Special Event Series! Belly Dance Classes

Stay fit in the New Year! We are partnering with Victoria from Sweetwater BellyDance who will guide us through first steps to final choreography for the completion of a full dance. Captivate your partner, build self esteem or just do it for fun! The bar will be open for anyone needing a little extra jiggle juice. Preregistration with the brewery is required as these are progressive classes with new moves that build on previously learned techniques. 705 489 2739. Classes are scheduled on the dates above from 6:30 - 7:30pm $120 per person for all 8 classes in the series. All skill levels welcome, beginner friendly and coin belts provided. This is a closed class for the participants comfort… no looky-loos.

Classes start on January 10, 2026 and take place every second Saturday from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. We’ll be learning Bellydance foundations and movements, and putting it together into a choreography over the course of the session.
