What can I expect from my reading?
First things first, if this is your first Tarot reading; Welcome to the first step in a beautiful journey through the gate to your soul! If you have had Tarot readings in the past, I recommend reading this post in its entirety so you know what to expect when you book a reading with me, as every reader is different!
First, have a look at the services section. This will give you a preliminary idea of the kind of reading you may be looking for! Keep in mind, I tailor all my readings to suit each client wherever possible, and if you don't see what you are looking for... send me a message and let me know! The possibilities are endless.
When you have a clear idea of what you want to know, a question in mind, or an area you would like to explore in your life, send me a PM! At this stage, I will need to know which reading you would like to book, and what your question is. I will then respond to let you know that your request has been accepted. Upon agreement to read, payment is due.
After payment is received, your reading preparation begins, and you have a choice to make. You must decide what kind of reading you want: a blind reading or general reading with no intended direction, or a real dialogue about the specific issues with concrete and specific guidance. I enjoy working with people who are genuinely looking for illumination and guidance. With that said, the more open you are with your feelings, the more I will tap in to the big picture through my empathic gifts. The more information you provide, the more accurately I can pinpoint the messages from my guides. I will work with you directly via PM, and ask you probing questions if it is helpful to get the ball rolling. I will then from that discussion meditate on my reading decks and send you the options I feel will best respond to your question (see an example of a "Deck Selection Image" below), and ask you to choose the deck that you feel drawn to.
Once I have enough to focus my energies on, and your deck selection, I will advise you that you can expect your reading to take place within a period of 3 days. Due to the nature of online readings, I must perform my readings when my Guides are present and I am in the right spiritual "place" to properly access the information needed to give you the best reading possible. I will set up my reading materials, and when I am ready, your reading will be performed. I will take high resolution photographs of the cards, before they are flipped and explain each card's positional meaning. Then I will read the cards, make my notes, and in this time, you may or may not receive additional communication from me that aims to get more clarity from what I am seeing or to confirm something that affects the overall reading itself. Once the reading is complete, I will take a photo of the spread as a whole, and any individual cards of importance, and begin a written account of the reading in detail. This process, depending on the number of cards used and the scope of the reading can take anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours (not accounting for large spreads like Rahdue's Wheel). Occasionally, I receive messages direct from Spirit, and while I do not currently offer "Mediumship" in my services, the gift is developing and I do feel obliged to share with my clients if something comes through directly for them. This may also be integrated in a Tarot reading from time to time, and can be considered a spiritual "bonus".
Once your reading is proofread, it will be emailed to you as a PDF so you can print it, or PM'd to you if you prefer.
I highly recommend waiting to read your document until a time in the day where you will be able to really take your time, and go through the words slowly. A time and place where you can have the freedom to feel any emotional outpouring without judgement from others, and really connect with yourself through the words. It is important to also digest the information slowly, over a period of about a week (especially for big or emotionally charged issues) and because I am a firm believer in taking my time with my clients, I offer a one-week period of "follow-up" clarification (without drawing further cards) where you are welcome to contact me free of charge for a few minutes (within reason). All discussions must be related to the reading directly, and if you feel the reading has brought up new questions, I kindly ask that you book another reading to address them.
