We've been really quiet over here, waiting for everything to be safe, but it looks like it's going to be a little while longer before we can continue with our plans from 2019.

Finally, Christoph Ibrahim as Doctor Toms!

Christoph is excited to be back at the Fringe! A graduate of York University’s Theatre program with a double specialization in Devised Theatre and Design, Christoph continues to pursue his career in theatre, on stage and off, and can often be found wearing many hats. When he is not in the theatre, he can be found singing with the Juno Award winning Toronto Mass Choir. Select favourite credits include Allegra & Serena Present: Twinsations at the Toronto Fringe Festival (Josh), Guys & Dolls (Nathan), Legally Blonde (Youssef/Nikos), Hunchback of Notre Dame (Jehan), Kiss me Kate (Paul), Gypsy (Angie), and Company (Paul).

Next up, Mackenzie Kerr as Glenn

Mackenzie is super excited to get to join the cast and be apart of this year’s Toronto Fringe Festival. Mackenzie studied and obtained a degree in Dramatic Arts at Brock University. Now in Toronto, Mackenzie hopes to find his place amongst the theatre community and to continue to grow within it!

Next up is Andrea Castaneda as Lillian Perish!

This will be Andrea's fourth year at the Fringe Festival, though this will be her acting debut at Fringe! Andrea took a step away from acting to focus on enhancing her technical skills in the world of lighting and stage management. With the tides turning as they have, she embraced acting as an old friend (and first love). And the best creative outlet for her heart and mind!

Over the next few days, we're going to be introducing the cast of The Death and then Life of Douglass Perish!

First up; Will Turner as Douglass Perish!

This is Will’s first ever Toronto Fringe Festival and he cannot wait to be in more fringe productions in the future! Supported by his friends and family, Will has been working in the industry since 2018, when he graduated from Humber College’s Acting for Film and Television Program. Since then he has done mostly Film and Television and he hopes to do more theatre in the future. Born and raised in Toronto, he has played beloved theatre characters such as Brick from Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, and Rudolpho from A View From a Bridge. His dream role is John Proctor from The Crucible. Will would like to thank everyone involved with this project for their commitment during this tough time.
