Job Description
That Arts Group seeks an experienced and visionary leader to serve as its Executive Director. This charismatic and dynamic director will fearlessly guide the first chapter of Toronto’s newest arts organization with the vision to grow it into an innovative pillar of the arts community.
The Executive Director will oversee all administrative aspects of the organization, including strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, marketing, and artistic operations. Working with the Founder and Artistic Director and reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive DIrector will have a strong focus on supporting the artistic activities of the organization and advancing its mission through successful fundraising and community partnerships. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability to work autonomously and manage various projects on different timelines. As TAG is rooted in values of community and inclusivity, the Executive Director should also be an empathetic and collaborative leader who is passionate about the role of the arts in community building.
