TONIGHT!!!
What a cool line-up we have for Indie Tuesdays at the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) on Tuesday May 5th with extended sets!
Kicking of the evening is Mr! Mouray who celebrates its 8th year with a new EP entitled 'A Whiter Pale of Shade.' Mr! Mouray's singer, guitarist, songwriter Simon Bedford-James, bass player Jaimie Vernon, lead guitarist Nelson Pereira, and drummer Craig Adams were all once members of 1980s Toronto new wave act Swedish Fish. 40 years later, the quartet bring their wizened pop and rock chops to the new John Critchley produced EP features the focus track "What About Us," "Our Margaret" and "American Dreamer" which will be the focus of their 2026 live set.
Closing out the evening is Rock Paper Funk who are a Toronto-based original music group known for blending energetic rock grooves with funk rhythms into a lively, danceable sound. With a style rooted in classic funk, modern rock, and infectious stage energy, Rock Paper Funk has become recognized on the Toronto scene for delivering upbeat performances and groove-driven original songs.
