What a way to end the season.
Thank you to our musicians, audience, supporters, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community for making Season 2025/26 such a success. Your passion, energy, and support make it all worthwhile.

Performing Mahler's Resurrection Symphony with more than 250 musicians and choristers on stage was a dream for many of us. Your standing ovation and shouts of “bravo” before the final note had even faded made the moment unforgettable.

Thank you for being part of it. ❤️🎶

Orchestra Toronto’s 2026/2027 season, Across Time & Place: Music That Tells a Story, brings together six compelling programs that journey across eras, cultures, and musical traditions.

From the turn of the twentieth century with Elgar’s Enigma Variations, Amy Beach’s Piano Concerto, and Sibelius’s Finlandia, to a joyful holiday celebration with the Orpheus Choir of Toronto, the season balances beloved classics with moments of warmth and community.

Audiences are swept into the cinematic world of James Bond, before exploring rich cross-cultural collaborations, from Reena Esmail’s blending of Indian and Western traditions to Saman Shahi’s Persian-inspired Visions of Oasis.

Alongside these are powerful symphonic landmarks, including Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5 and Beethoven’s “Pastoral,” as well as vivid storytelling in works like Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade.

Join us for a season that celebrates connection, imagination, and the stories that music carries across time and place.
