Introducing our final cast member for our upcoming production of Arising in Ottawa on May 12th!

Get to know Grace Bowman

• Started dancing: I started when I was 11, after highland dancing competitively for 7 years. I had a friend who Irish danced and started what was supposed to be a recreational activity but ended up doing my first feis after 3 months!

• From: London, ON

• Favourite place dance has taken you: Probably London UK, aka the better London :)

• Loves most about dance: I've made some lifelong friends and it's been really special being able to travel the world with them.

• Outside of dance: Reading, hanging out with my cat Tilly, travelling (I especially love to shop while I'm somewhere new)

Get to know Spencer Murray

• Started playing music: I started on the Bagpipes at 8 years old

• From: I grew up in Edmonton but live in Ottawa now

• Favourite place music has taken you: Playing Come from Away in Gander Newfoundland

• Loves most about playing music: Building community and having friends all over the world

• Loves outside of music: Probably softball and woodworking! I just started teaching as an elementary teacher in Ottawa as well!
