If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or dealing with negative thoughts and emotions that won't seem to go away, say this mantra to yourself or use it in your meditation. Anxiety attacks can be particularly scary but they do come and go. This comforting reminder, especially used with pranayama, shows you that this won't last and assist you on reaching the other side.

Victoria has been regularly attending the weekly Acro Class and has been working diligently on her front and back walkovers. During class yesterday, Victoria successfully was able to stand up from her kick into bridge with one leg in front! Unfortunately, nobody saw it in action, but luckily we have the recordingπŸ˜… We are very happy and excited for Victoria (and we also enjoyed the cute ending that everyone accidentally missedπŸ˜‚) and we can't wait to see her walkover progress grow from here!

DON'T FORGET!!! Starting February 3rd every Thursday at 4pm EST I am offering pay-what-you-can classes. These will be drop in and online, recommended minimum payment of $5 per person. Help with all your flexibility and strength needs following a mix of exercises and from my own experiences in my many years of dance, gymnastics, circus, yoga and contortion.
