Since its inception in November 1922, The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair has become the world’s largest indoor agricultural and international equestrian competition. The Royal draws more than 300,000 visitors to Toronto annually to see thousands of unique entries from elite Canadian and International breeders, growers and exhibitors, over 4,500 large and small animals, shows, activities, shopping, dining and – of course – The Royal Horse Show. Come and experience The Royal, there’s truly something for your whole family.

The stakes are getting bigger at The Royal!

Prize money for the Royal Six Horse Hitch has increased from $30,000 to $50,000 for 2026.

Some of the finest six-horse teams will return to the Coca-Cola Coliseum this November to compete for the expanded purse and one of the most anticipated Heavy Horse titles at The Royal.

An international eventing star is coming to The Royal!

We’re thrilled to welcome U.S. Olympian Will Coleman as the invited guest rider for the Mad Barn Indoor Eventing Challenge at the 2026 Royal Horse Show.

Coleman will take on some of Canada’s top eventing athletes in one of Opening Weekend’s most exciting competitions, where speed, skill and precision come together inside Coca-Cola Coliseum.
