Free yoga, in Trillium Park, overlooking Lake Ontario.... What more could you ask for?

Join us for Yoga in Trillium Park every Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. through September 27.

Classes are open to all levels and take place rain or shine. Just bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and sunscreen or a hat for sun protection.
