We are thrilled to see Nick is being recognized by the Toronto Theatre Critics’ Awards with citation

“Nicholas Eddie charted a dynamic metamorphosis: from gentle, socially awkward drifter to a man consumed by paranoia. To colour this descent, the actor made marvellous use of extremes, crafting a chameleonic performance that encompassed both hyper-detailed realism and utterly theatrical bursts of emotion.”
— Liam Donovan

We are thrilled to see Sophie’s stunning design recognized by the Toronto Theatre Critics’ Awards with citation

“As the individual and collective psyches of the characters slowly unraveled, Rooney’s meticulous realism and scenic specificity grounded their psychological collapse, creating a claustrophobic milieu that audiences did not just observe, but had to physically endure. The production packed a gut-punch wallop and illustrated that punching power comes from the ground up.” — Arpita Ghosal

BUG was intimate, volatile, claustrophobic, and alive, and we are so proud to see the work recognized in this way.

Every inch considered. Every seat close. Every story urgent.

💘 Valentine’s Day
👨‍👩‍👧 Family Day

…which basically makes it BUG.

Love is terrifying.
Family is complicated.
And sometimes… the only thing crawling is the truth.

Still thinking about BUG.

Some stories don’t leave you. They infest you.

CHEERS TO 2025! 🍾🥂

As we step into 2026, we’re deeply grateful for a year shaped by bold programming, immersive design, and audiences who showed up for raw, urgent storytelling.

From Canadian world premieres to fearless reimaginings, each production transformed our black box into a living, breathing world…and none of it would exist without the artists, collaborators, and audiences who trusted the work.

‘Cameron—who also designed the eerie and poignant soundscape—has absolutely nailed the pacing of this descent into viscerally devastating madness. This has breath and a beating heart that never abate.’ Istvan Dugalin
