During this past summer I photographed Canadian tennis player Milos Raonic. It was supposed to be printed in Tennis Life Magazine, but the article didn't make it on any of the issues. It was for the unveiling of a new Lacoste shoe. Interviewer Peter Marrack wrote an article about it on his page and posted some of the photos that I took during that event, check it out...

Back in… well, the summer, I was commissioned by TennisLife Magazine to go cover the unveiling of a new Lacoste shoe at the Town Shoes flagship store in downtown Toronto, in Yorkville to be specific. I was to report to the store at 4 o’clock sharp, interview the star of the show, Canadian tennis sta...

Great article. Ladies and fellas, if you're a photographer looking to make a name for yourself, dont sell yourself short just to receive "exposure". If you feel that your work should be compensated financially then set your price. There are too many people out there who under value photographers because they do not realize the amount of time and costs invested into creating an image.

So this was the first sunset I captured in 2012. It cost me $6,612 to take this photo. $12 in gas to go from work to this spot and then home. The camera I took this with cost $2500. The lens was an...

"Think of it as a time-lapse painting. The physical progress of the sun leaves a streak that shifts minutely each day. The daily on and off of building lights leaves only light, not dark. Once exposed, there is no way to undo it". What a great idea. I remember using a pinhole camera back in high school, but I've never exposed anything for a full year long. It's a link worth checking out. Thanks Julius!

Photographer Michael Chrisman has made a year-long exposure of the Toronto skyline using a pinhole camera.

A definite must for anyone who cares about their cameras. Register your camera, then you can track it in case your camera ever gets stolen...By the way, I stole this article from Jen Tarenta!

If you got a digital camera for the holidays, or already own one, take a moment and write down the serial number. That way GadgetTrak's new CameraTrace service can help you recover it if it's ever stolen. Launching today, for a one-time fee of $10 CameraTrace lets you register your camera's serial n...

It may not look like much, just some grass on two sides of a river, but this Andreas Gursky photo has just set a record for the most expensive photograph ever sold. The photo, captured in 1999 titled "Rhein II", … Continue reading →

This shoot was a lot of fun. It was the first time I worked with these amazingly talented people who were done up professionally with make-up and hair. A special thanks to my sometimes model, and the most creative soul I know, Dominika Monicka. She helped A LOT with the creative direction for this shoot! This is for my brothers band, Loveshot.
