Yasser Tejeda is an award-winning Dominican composer, guitarist, vocalist, and producer whose music blends ancestral Afro-Taino, Dominican traditions with modern sounds of Latin rock, jazz and soul. Praised by The Chicago Reader for his “elegantly polished compositions” and celebrated by Juan Luis Guerra as “a marvelous example of what’s happening with Dominican music,” Yasser continues to push Dominican music into new and vibrant territory.
