Musicians at Your Door is recruiting volunteers for the 2022-2023 academic year 🙂 We welcome musicians 🎵 of all levels, whether or not you're a student at U of T! 😃

MYD is a student-run group at the University of Toronto that focuses on providing free/accessible musical performances for elderly residents and hospital patients. We aim to hold monthly concerts, either online as videos premiered and posted on YouTube, or as in-person performances at senior homes and hospitals around the St. George campus following the UofT's policies and senior home/hospital's policies.

MYD offers CCR recognition for U of T students who meet a minimum requirements. More information and application are in the Google Form: https://forms.gle/VWkkTz1PTf2ndPm87

Musicians at Your Door is recruiting volunteers for the winter semester! Musicians of all levels are welcome, including U of T students from all three campuses and beyond (e.g. students from other universities, high school students, non-students, etc.).
We're a student-run group from the University of Toronto that focuses on providing free/accessible musical performances for elderly residents and hospital patients. We've since adopted an online format due to the current pandemic. We ask that our musicians record and submit performances for us to compile into a "concert" to be uploaded onto our YouTube channel!

Musicians at Your Door is recruiting volunteers for the 2020-2021 academic year :) Students across all three U of T campuses are encouraged to join! We are also open to non-U of T students as well (i.e., students from other universities, high school students, non-students, etc.). We welcome musicians of all levels! :D

Musicians at Your Door is recruiting new volunteers!

Who are we?
We are a Ulife-recognized and CCR-approved club running from October to April. Our club puts on two concerts a month for senior residents near the UTSG campus. All instrumentalists (including pianists)/vocalists, of all genres and levels, are welcome to volunteer with us!

When?
Our concerts take place twice a month on a Friday and a random weekday from 7-8pm. Our first two concerts are Jan 22 (Wed) and 31 (Fri) both from 7-8pm, musicians wishing to obtain CCR must participate in either one of these concerts.

Expectations?
General members are only expected to perform in one concert for a total of 5 minutes.
In addition to this, those wishing to receive CCR will also dedicate at least an hour of rehearsal per concert + add an extra 5 minutes of repertoire (for a total of 10 minutes/month).
