Since 2000, after the passing away of Bella Kovarsky, Anna Kovarsky has continued her mother's legacy. Today, Bayview School of Ballet has doubled its number of students and has a highly professional team of teachers and piano accompanists. We’re excited to officially introduce Elena Lobsanova as Bayview School of Ballet’s new Senior Ballet Instructor.

Elena’s remarkable career as a Principal Dancer with The National Ballet of Canada and Miami City Ballet has taken her to stages around the world, where she performed many of classical ballet’s most celebrated roles while working with renowned choreographers.

Beyond the stage, Elena is a dedicated teacher, coach, and mentor who has helped dancers of all ages develop their technique, artistry, and confidence. Her experience preparing students for examinations, competitions, and pre-professional training makes her an incredible resource for our dancers.

We are proud to welcome Elena to our faculty and know our students will benefit greatly from her expertise, passion, and commitment to excellence.
