You all know how much my family means to me, especially my kids and now my granddaughters! To be honest, I was very close to cancelling this year’s cruise, but it’s my granddaughter Aylani’s actual birthday so I couldn’t do it. I’m really looking forward to jumping up with her again!

Ahoy family! 👋

For those who may not know me, I’m Earl La Pierre Jr. — also known as Uncle Eman, or “PanManOnDuty.” Many of you know me as the energetic MC who’s been advocating for soca, Caribbean culture and pan for years.

But a big part of my heart is for the next generation.

Years ago my own kiddies asked if they could come to events with their dad, especially the boat cruises. That simple request planted the seed for what’s now become an annual tradition: Uncle Eman’s Kiddies Boat Cruise 🚢✨

This year we’re back for year 7! The “Neon Edition” is setting sail:

1 p.m. to 3 p.m. aboard the Enterprise 2000

We’re bringing an afternoon of soca, culture, pan, and family fun to the water. Think cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, goodie bags, a performance by JFiyre, steel pan, and a carnival-inspired keepsake for every child. DJs on board: DJ Jay, DJ Shy, AYE B and DJ Ryan, with myself on the mic.

This is the only kiddies cruise of its kind outside of Disney — a fully immersive, family-friendly cultural experience where parents and kids can “jump up” together before school starts.

Dress code: Bright colours + neon to match the theme. Costumes welcome, but not required.
