Walking the walk. Testing Nuville in situ. Sometimes the walking game is a guided experience, sometimes players go random, but always with augmented sensitivity. Players are hackers, using their bodies and wits to outsmart a hallucinating AI. This a no code operation, just be a silly human to crack the damaging code

NUVILLE , our augmented walking game for cyberpunk tourists, activates for a 10th and 11th time at Art in the Open Festival in Charlottetown, PEI, next Saturday August 30th.

Nuville blends digital and physical play and adapts to its game location. Each activation is a new iteration of the game, co-created by humans and machines.

I wonder, as I wander, that might be my life's motto.
Thanks to the Ontario Arts Council - Conseil des arts de l'Ontario and the Chalmers Arts Fellowship,I will embark on an inspirational trip in September 2024. Starting with Ars Electronica Festival, I will then visit art centers, media artists and exhibits in Vienna (Tricky Women/Tricky Realities Animation Festival), Berlin (LAS Art Foundation) , Rotterdam (V2_), Utrecht(IMPAKT), Amsterdam and Brussels(iMAL - Center for digital culture and technology, Gluon, ).
Any places people I should visit at the crossroads of art, technology, science and community? - Let me know in the comments.

Impressions of NUVILLE at the last BIFAN Beyond Reality Festival. We presented NUVILLE at the industrial site B39 and at Bucheon Central Park as 2 different game experiences - with the same end result; smiling faces. :)
