Have you ever experienced a sound bath?

It’s simple. Lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and receive the sound, allowing the vibrations to wash over your body and gently guide you into a state of deep rest.

Through voice, crystal bowls and live instruments, I create layers of sound that invite you to slow down, soften and settle into stillness.

After years of creating sound experiences around the world, I’m so happy to now be offering them here in the Algarve. 🌊🤍

Ever since experiencing .festival, many of my views on music have changed.

I’m mainly left with this feeling of wanting to surround myself with medicine music. 🤎 I felt so much healing being surrounded by medicine music from dawn until dusk.

Since leaving the festival, I learnt many medicines songs and dove more deeply into my own medicine music. This has been such a beautiful journey these past few weeks.

It’s been a while since I’ve sung professionally in front of people or recorded music, and I miss it.

These past two months have been so full. Moving to a new country, finding a home, creating a new life and figuring out so many things along the way. My music simply hasn’t had the time or space it deserves.

But I can feel that changing.

I’m really looking forward to these next few weeks, to slowing down, going inward and creating again from a very deep place. 🕯️

There is sooooo much music inside of me that is ready to come through. 🤍

Going through portals is one of the hardest things we do as humans.

Stepping into the unknown. Letting go of something precious without knowing what is waiting for us on the other side.

This is why practices and self discipline are so important. They give us something to return to when everything around us is changing.

It can be more painful to move through these portals with our eyes wide open, to feel everything rather than escape or distract ourselves. But there is something powerful about staying present through it all.

Stay connected to your practices. Stay connected to Source. Trust what you cannot yet see.

Keep going. Go through the portal. I believe in you.
