Nosa Obaseki is a Nigerian/Canadian Actor who has featured in numerous Nollywood films. He started his professional acting career in the 1998, when he was introduced to the industry by his big brother Dr. Don Pedro Obaseki where he started acting on stage with the likes of Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), Segun Arinze, Stella Damasus and host of other talented actors. He featured in stage plays like “Idia” “The Bridge” “Rendezvous at Hells Gate” and “Obaseki the Historical Play”. Nosa was part of the crew that worked on the set of the award-winning movie titled "Igodo" as a production assistant. After that his love for acting grew so strong, so he started auditioning for roles for TV Series and Movies.
In the year 2001, Nosa got his first major role on a film titled “Brave Soldier”. Ever since then, Nosa Obaseki has so far appeared in a lot of TV Series and Films like Prisoner of Passion, Love, Adam and Eve, Missing Angel 2, Sleep Walker, Beginning and the End, Emerald, Agbawu, Okina, Obama, Enogie London, Saving Dreams and Believe in You produced and directed by Canadian Based award winning director Isioro Jaboro. When Love Hurts, produced by Isoken Ibie ( Toronto based actor/producer), and directed by Kabat Esosa Egbon and Patience Ogheneovo Okhuofu. Not for Sale produced by Alpha N Pictures and directed by Nosa James Abifade. In May 2017, Nosa travelled back to Nigeria to produce and also feature in three major Nollywood blockbusters titled Sunburn, Won by Love and an Edo language movie titled Abemwinku. Nosa Obaseki’s love for his language and culture has made him feature in lots of Bini language movie. Nosa also featured in movies like Queen of Queens, Ebomisi, Wede, Orhion, Osasumwen, Europe Package, Wide Awake, Seeking Solace, Wiccan Girl, Sorelle, Isabella, Foster Parents and few other productions still in works.
