Head “Into The Current” with us to PRIDE Manitoulin for another spectacular Pride celebration on Manitoulin Island!

Last year, we brought painted paddles as life size versions of their logo… so this year, we had to go BIGGER and brought Canoes!

Little Current has BIG Heart and it shows! This Pride is one of the most unique we have the privilege to be part of. Over its 4 day celebration, Pride Manitoulin is not only a celebration of everything Pride, it’s also a true community-focused festival with unique workshops like Drag 101, Archery, and a Medicine Walk as a shining reflection of both the island and its community.

A BIG Thank You to , Lesley, Rebecca, Kenneth, all the Pride Manitoulin organizers, the volunteers, Pharoah Moans & the spectacular Drag Artists, and all those who make Pride Manitoulin possible for welcoming us back this year! We truly look forward to it every year!

The Busker Program at the Ferry Terminal is generously supported by City of Toronto and The Waterfront BIA. A Busker is featured every weekend at the Terminal until Labour Day!

We work with festival & event organizers to curate (and manage) entertainment within their programming.

Whether it’s a team of roaming characters to immerse visitors in an imaginary world, or a full Busker entertainment program within a festival that includes Busker shows, roaming characters, installation acts (and more!)

We had the distinct pleasure of returning to the Enchanted Garden at Royal Botanical Gardens Canada.

This year, the gardens revealed a hidden Magical Academy visible only to those magical students who knew exactly where (and how) to find it. ✨

Young apprentices were invited to attend their first day of magical studies, mastering enchanted lessons and meeting our distinguished faculty along the way. Some professors were eager to share their wisdom... others a bit of mischief. ✨

Our esteemed faculty included:

✨🧪 Professor Allouiscious Lysander Chemist 🧪✨
Professor of Alchemy & Potions known for his ‘noble’ pursuits (performed by Incirque)

✨🌳 Professor Oaklea 🌳✨
Professor of Imaginative Transformation who, with a dash of magic, makes oak-casion special (performed by Jake in the Box)

✨🪄 Professor Posey 🪄✨�Librarian & Professor of Botany and Flower Magic who, with the right magic, can turn any plant into a power plant (performed by Bella M. Eurta)

✨🌸 Professor Petal 🌸✨�Librarian who always knows how to spin a good tale (performed by Amber Fraser)

✨💧 Dewdrop the Water Nymph 💧✨�Hall Monitor who simply goes with the flow (performed by The Mermaid Oracle)

✨🌼 Flora the Flower Fairy 🌼✨�Keeper of School Spirit (and a little extra magic!) (performed by Scarlet Black)

Of course, it wasn't just the young apprentices who answered the Academy's call.

RBG After Dark: Enchanted at Twilight welcomed adult apprentices back through the hidden gates for an evening of wonder, fantasy, and enchantment beneath the stars. ✨🌙

As with all truly magical places, the Academy vanished as mysteriously as it appeared.
But don't worry... legends tell us that the Enchanted Garden returns each summer for those who still believe and know where to look. ✨🌿

UPDATE: Due to the Environment Canada Air Quality Warning, RBG After Dark: Enchanted at Twilight, originally scheduled for Thursday, July 16, has been rescheduled to Sunday, July 19.

All tickets for the original event will be honoured on Sunday evening. This magical sold out event will take place during the same hours as originally scheduled, 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

We look forward to welcoming you to RBG's Rock Garden for a truly enchanting evening.
