A house has been gutted. Art sprouts on every wall.

An art gathering is taking place at a former residential house, a vacant and raw space highjacked for this one-day affair. See the art in the context of a building freed from its residential purpose. Enjoy the complimentary drinks by the backyard fire pit.

Why K is an emerging artist who formerly resided at the house. Steel Dossier is his recent body of work, never shown before, uncompromising and raw, as the space it occupies. Acrylic paint, mixed media, gasoline fires, exposure to elements, and abuse with power tools all combine on sheets of steel with rust. The natural process of oxidation is halted at the artist’s discretion to maintain the precarious balance between decay and genesis.
