Finished (I think)
It's so easy with these prints to look at the finished print and see what else I could have chosen to do. I'm looking at the ochre and brick red on either side and thinking I could have run that all the way to the bottom. Printing is the slow analog version of Illustrator except there is no redo. But my colour choices in printing ink are waaay better than my Illustrator colours.😆

New Building con't
A couple more colours added. I just opened a lovely large container of Transparent Extender and used it to lighten up the very dark teal colour into a much paler version of itself, for my fourth colour here. I didn't know what printing heaven was until I started using a transparent base (as we refer to it in North America). I have made so many interesting colour combinations by overlaying transparent inks on one another. Not so much in this print. The teal and the brick colour are quite opaque. One more colour to go I think.

All Finished
This is a very decorative set of mono prints. I shouldn't really be surprised. I think the tiles lend themselves to this sort of treatment and that was the path I followed.
I'm going to drop down in scale, so I can work faster. The set up for these larger blocks was too time consuming and by the third print I was second guessing myself way too much. Fewer colours as well, I hope - sometimes I can't help myself.

Tall Building - Final Colours
Holy crap, this was tough. It was partly the background geometry I had locked myself into and then struggling with the blue and orange I started with, but I made it to the end. Not a horrible print, but uneven. This will NOT go into a show submission 😂 Poor Tall Building!
