1. Price

You may send your origin ID username, password, security question and backup code to us. If you worry about the security problem, you may first change your password and change it back after we have finished the whole transaction. Please be patient.

4. Time needed for distribution of products

5. Terms and Conditions regarding refund
Customers can ONLY apply for refund in the following situation:
- the price of coins increases after paying through PayPal
- If you pay through PayPal and receive NO coins within 48 hours after paying; If you pay through banking transfer and receive coins less than 50%
You can never apply for refund in any other situations. Once the application for refund is accepted, the related amount will be returned to the account of customers within 72 hours, we will not refund in person.
We reserve the right to initiate refund.
