Behind all successful initiatives, lies a team and leader that pushes to the throttle, to make it all happen. Even for something that may look simple, consists of allot of time and sweat to make things come together. Let alone the endless nights..

A Big and heartfelt thank you to our Founder and President, Tina Colalillo (Cole), aka Mama Swag, for the vision, passion and dedication she continues to bring to C.H.I.A. and to the artists we support. 💙🎶🌍

Tina has always believed in creating opportunities that empower, inspire and educate Canadian artists, especially young and emerging talent finding their place in the music industry.

With more than 35 years of experience as a business leader and music industry executive, Tina’s career spans music, culture, artist development and live events. Her industry involvement has included being a voting member of the JUNO Awards, an Industry Professional member of the Recording Academy – Los Angeles Chapter, a member of the Hollywood Independent Music Awards Advisory Board, and serving on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Media Development Corporation.

She was named Industry Person of the Year by the Mississauga Music Awards in 2023 and, in March 2025, received the King Charles III Coronation Medal in recognition of her valuable contribution to Canada.

As founder of C.H.I.A., F.A.M. Productions Inc. and Mama Swag Management, and co-founder of Net10Entertainment, Tina has continually used her experience, relationships and passion for the creative industries to open doors and create meaningful opportunities for artists.

The CHIA/SFI European Music Export Workshop was another reflection of that commitment — bringing artists and industry professionals together to exchange knowledge, gain new perspectives and better understand opportunities beyond their home market. 🌍
