2 Days left to see the show Friday May 22nd and Saturday May 23rd, Noon-6pm
Beaver Hall Gallery
29 McCaul St. Toronto, ON
Part of the CONTACT Photography festival 2026

Traces & Echoes is a photography-based installation by Michelle Breslin and Barbara Greczny exploring landscape as a site of memory, reflection, and emotional resonance. Through photography, video, sound, and installation, the artists present Ontario’s forests, roadsides, and open skies as spaces where personal histories quietly surface.

Independently created yet aligned, their photographic works reveal unexpected visual harmonies when shown together. Video elements draw viewers into a contemplative journey through the province’s countryside, while a subtle soundscape invites pause and attentiveness. Rooted in lived experience, Traces & Echoes reflects on loss, connection, and the restorative presence of the natural world.

The artists would like to acknowledge funding support from the Ontario Arts Council and the Government of Ontario.
