Women share pain like a potluck dinner.
We come together, each carrying a steaming dish, unafraid to lift the lid: and say:
dig in
how do i make it better?
let me know what you think?

Its a necessary magic this gathering
the ache and making it into a meal.

🚨 Only 4 tickets left! 🚨

Six women. Six decades. Six true stories.

What do a leap of faith, a terrible idea, an unexpected detour, and a decision that changed everything have in common?

They all make for a great story.

Join us for Bad Decisions, Great Stories, an evening of true storytelling where women in their 20s through their 70s share the moments they thought would break them, embarrass them, derail them or define them forever.

Some stories will have you laughing. Some might make you gasp. Some may remind you of your own “What was I thinking?” moment.

Because sometimes the best stories don’t start with our greatest successes they start with our worst ideas.

✨ One night.
✨ Six unforgettable storytellers.
✨ Only 4 tickets remain.

Don’t miss your chance to be in the room. Grab your tickets through the link in our bio before they’re gone.

✨Last, but certainly not least... Meet Team 70s! ✨

Jennifer Elizabeth Monteith (she/her) is a trailblazer, entrepreneur, and community builder whose life has been defined by resilience, reinvention, and creating opportunities for others.

Born in Jamaica, Jennifer became one of Canada’s first Black catalogue models before going on to found the groundbreaking Different Faces Model & Talent Agency and later The Exhibitor Support Centre, transforming Toronto’s trade show industry for more than 25 years. Following a heart transplant, she became a passionate advocate for organ and tissue donation, and today continues her work of lifting others up through Wisdom Oasis, creating spaces where seniors can connect, thrive, and be celebrated.

We are honoured to welcome Jennifer to the Generation Women stage for Bad Decisions, Great Stories, where she’ll close out the evening as our Team 70s storyteller.

✨ Meet Team 50s ✨

Nicole McKelvey (she/her) was raised in Orange County, California, now calls Toronto home, and proudly lives a little outside the matrix. 😄

A servant of God, soul surgeon, and lifelong seeker, Nicole has lived many lives through many careers none of which required a degree, but all of which helped shape the woman she is today. She’s had three last names and has never been married, which somehow says everything about her... and nothing at the same time.

When she’s not doing the work, you’ll find her chasing sunsets, savoring dark chocolate, and embracing life with curiosity, humour, and heart.

We’re so excited to welcome Nicole to the Generation Women stage for Bad Decisions, Great Stories. Trust us you won’t want to miss the story she’s bringing to Team 50s.

✨ Meet Team 60s ✨

Elizabeth Hardy (she/her) grew up in Montreal in the 1970s, when childhood meant imagination, independence, and believing that girls could do anything. That belief carried her from Canada to London, England, where she built an impressive career in fashion before returning home to launch and lead F**K Canada for more than two decades.

But Elizabeth’s biggest dream was still waiting. A lifelong animal lover with a passion for beautiful design, she founded ESPE, a vegan handbag and accessory brand inspired by nature, vintage style, and the idea that fashion can be both compassionate and joyful.

Today, ESPE celebrates individuality, creativity, and women at every stage of life—and on July 23, Elizabeth will be joining us on the Generation Women stage for Bad Decisions, Great Stories.

We can’t wait to hear the story she’s bringing to Team 60s.
