Life has a way of slowing us down. Subtle cues arise to encourage us to do this all the time. Resist, and these gentle reminders to slow your pace and refocus your intention will get louder and less gentle.

Its a beautiful thing to slow down and find your calm.

So... Are you rushing? Are you impatient? Are you anywhere but here and now? That’s okay.
Take a few deep breaths. Feel the space between your feet and the ground. Write yourself a letter. Make some art. Tell someone you love them. Remember that you are amazing.

Patiently waiting on some new supplies. Speaking of waiting...

I used to tell myself that I enjoyed ‘the waiting place’ (that time in between decisions or action where everything and nothing are happening at once). I was lying.
⁣
Now, having discovered a creative side of myself that I didn’t know existed, I find myself moving forward in action. Not only in my art, but other facets of my life as well.
⁣
When you find an outlet for your creativity the stuck and stagnant begin to flow.
⁣
I encourage everyone ‘enjoying’ the waiting place to seek passion and creativity in any & all ways until you find something that clicks. Allow that to propel you forward into action, leave the waiting place behind.
