Last day of means the kitchen crew needs to cook out what’s left in the fridge Hence, an amazing Indian buffet for staff meal. Southern egg curry, braised duck two ways (Persian and Indian), kofte made with Impossible “meat,”’and butter chicken finished with foie gras. Wow. 🔥
