"What good are we as aging women for, if not for caring for each other? Witnessing our aging and our struggles. We need to support each other, not battle each other."

We are excited to share Lisa Randall's play The Sorauren Book Club is going to the Orlando Fringe Festival 2023!! After a very fun run at The Toronto Fringe 2022, we are heading south with a longer play about the lives of our dear characters Susan, Priya, Lucelle, Charlene and Portia. We are so excited to be heading down mid-May to join local, regional and international artists. The Universe Over 50 is going to cross the 49th parallel!!

The Sorauren Book Club was a 90 minute play and was cut down to 60 minutes for The Toronto Fringe - a great exercise in getting down to action and my first play in front of a live audience. I am now working on building it back up to an 80 minute play and diving back into the story. Priya, Susan, Lucelle, Charlene and Portia have more to say and do!

Post-show last night and all of us feeling a little giddy. What a ride!!
Our Toronto Fringe experience went above and beyond all expectations.

Thank-you for writing such a gem of a play. Thank-you for your generous review. Thank-you to and and for helping us spread the word. Thank-you for your incredible support. And thank-you to everyone who came to see our show!! Because of you we received Patron's Pick.
