Say hello to the brilliant pianist .paige.m who will be playing in Dear Ms. Kitt, opening August 21.

Morgan-Paige (they/she) is a Tkarón:to (Toronto)-based goth experimental interdisciplinary artist. Many of their works included award-winning short film collaborations Bin Chicken with Toronto Dance Theatre, The Magic Wallet, Mission Sankofa, and “Where Do I Go?” with Tapestry Opera. Some of their commissioned work was shared at Suoni Per Il Popolo, sound art installation “My Ancestor Summons Me” at MOCA Toronto, Debaser Pique, the 21C Music Festival with the world premiere of their improvisational work “A Time to Exist” in Koerner Hall, a Wavelength Summer Thing opening for headliner horrorcore rapper Backxwash and featured on most recent album “His Happiness Shall Come First Even Though We Are Suffering”, co-composer with Benjamin Shapiro for Dora Award-winning S*x Dalmatian with Rock Bottom Movement, prototype premiere of “Resurrectio: Act I” an immersive animated and mixed media musical experience with re:Naissance Opera, a commissioned work reimagining Bach’s Passion for Sapphonix Collective titled “Sapphic Passion” alongside 5 other composers, and their 2025 European solo-act debut at BRDCST Festival in Brussels, Belgium.

Edgar George is excited to be playing Uncle Devon in this production of Dear Ms Kitt. After an extended hiatus from acting (12 years) this is his return performance to the stage. His acting experiences includes film, tv, live theatre, improv theatre, sketch comedy, and stand-up comedy.

Introducing the talented , our visionary Lighting Designer!!

Simran’s journey from Kolkata to Toronto reflects her passion for the arts
and her dedication to creative excellence. Her early exposure to the vibrant
cultural tapestry of her hometown laid the foundation for her artistic
aspirations. She pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Theatre
Production at York University.
Simran’s work is characterized by its ability to enhance storytelling through
light, creating immersive environments that captivate audiences. Her unique perspective is evident in her body of work. Select lighting design credits include Dear Ms. Kitt (Hard-Bitten Productions), Killy W***y (Fringe), The Roof is Leaking (Pleiades Theatre), Paprika Theatre Festival (2025), A Tennessee Williams Suite, The Fall of the House of Atreus: A Cowboy Love Song (Stratford Festival DWP), Inheritance of Dance (Yi Dance), and more.

We are so happy to have the multi-talented Chantal Cadeny direct Dear Ms. Kitt this August.

Chantal Forde is a writer, director, educator, and performer. From challenging and thought-provoking plays, to light-hearted, family-friendly shows, she loves to be a part of creating theatre of all genres.
Chantal directs and co-creates the annual Oakville Holiday Pantomime which just completed its 12th year with Freezing.

Her most recent project, Boy Boy and the Magic Drum, was the 2024 Adam’s Prize winner for Best New Musical which she directed and co-created with Jewelle Blackman.
