Where do we even start? 💓💓💓

We’ve taken a few days to rest and reflect. But the one thing that’s kept coming up is how incredibly grass-roots this festival is. Turns out it takes an ACTUAL village to turn our beloved Bay and Algoma streets into the stage. But you did it, Thunder Bay. You really did it. You showed up to make it happen. Then you showed up for all the magic.

Over the next few days, the THANK YOUS will be coming loud and proud. There’s just so many, we genuinely don’t know where to start.

A huge shout-out to our volunteers and the sponsors who helped take care of them, especially Synergy North. (Further specific shout-outs in our story!) Our Buskers Crew worked tirelessly to close the streets, haul garbage, cover sound systems when the rain let loose, deliver water to our vendors. Some of them worked 26 hours last weekend. They donned balloon animal costumes and hauled bales of hay. They took photos. My God, did they ever take photos!! (We might have close to 10,000 now!) So grateful. To Keegan Richard and Kira and Jamie and Jeff, and everyone else who contributed to our massive asset pool—thank you!!

To Apex Investigation & Security for such professional and reliable security throughout the whole weekend. It was hot. We hope you got enough breaks!

To the incomparable Amanda Bay and Bay Media & PR who managed to get more media coverage than ever before. We will come with speaking notes next time around! Amanda 🫶

To 99.9 The Bay and specifically, Candi Badanai, whose LIVES on LOCATION helped generate buzz and keep the folks of TBay apprised of schedule changes. You rock! 🤘

To every single person involved in sound, particularly Juan of Epoch Sound and the folks at Intrepid Grand for all their expertise and set-up, and most especially to Liam and Gabe for running between five pitches every hour of the festival. 🎧

To The City of Thunder Bay and the fire crew that showed up at 6:00am to fill those jersey barriers. 🙏
