VULNERABLE POST…

The last two weeks have felt incredibly heavy. I’ve been carrying so much rage and grief—not just surrounding the Cornell 7, but for every case of sexual assault and every Jane Doe in the world whose pain has been dismissed, silenced, or never heard.

As a sexual assault survivor, I know how deeply these stories can affect us. I understand the anger, heartbreak, fear, and exhaustion.

To every woman and survivor who is hurting: I see you, I believe you, and you are not alone.

Movement and dance have always helped me process what I can’t always put into words. So I want to offer a free lyrical class to anyone who needs a space to feel held, supported, and safe—to move, release, and rage together.

Location: Legacy Dance Studio, 263 Park Avenue.
Time: 7:30
Date: Friday, October 9th

Come exactly as you are. You don’t have to carry this alone.

My slow and sensual floor play classes will let you dive deeper into your body, feel the magic in what you can feel in your body, find the play with in yourself, feel magnetic and in your goddess energy ✨🧚‍♀️🫦🌹
