The unrelenting snow in the past few days remind me it's been a tumultuous 2025, and the fifth iteration of Snowy Starry Fest (or sixth if you include the summer fest La Vie en Rose) has come and gone like a blast of northwesterly wind.

On numerous occasions I've entertained the question if the effort is worth it or if I am simply doing this selfishly as a way to scratch an itch. Looking back at the things that happened 2025, a lot of challenges in life continually remind me that it is illogical and even impossible to proceed with 雪星祭-Snowy Starry Fest. Yet playing back in my mind key moments of the production before and during the show, there are times when logic must be defied.

To the team that worked so hard to not only make the impossible possible, probable, undeniable; but who made the process enjoyable, I salute and thank you.

Sincere and humble thanks to my production producer, Vincent Yau (Vincent Yau) ; my music director, Victor Low; my tech lead, Gary Chik (Gary Chik). My band, my performers, my friends and family, my dear student volunteers, my teachers.

A big hurrah to our all our sponsors especially Title Sponsor PEAK Investment Services and a thank you to our community partner HK-Canada New Horizon Lions Club.

Glory to the God who blessed me with all of you in my life, to make life not just a living, but joyful living.
