It's a question dance teachers hear often.

Think about school. A child attends five days a week, from September to June, before moving to the next grade.

Many young dancers come to ballet once or twice a week for an hour.
Learning to dance takes time.

Bodies need repetition. Coordination develops. Musical understanding grows. Technique becomes more secure. And something that seemed impossible one month can suddenly feel natural the next.

Progress isn't always about moving to the next level.

Sometimes progress is realizing how much more you can do in the level you're already in.
