Get ready for the **Tween Halloween Dance** at **The Legacy** on **October 30, 2026!** 👻

As always, the Thedford Optimist Club will be there to lend a hand and help make the evening a fun and memorable one for our local youth.

We encourage all the Tweens to come out, enjoy the evening, and **support the Thedford Skating Club and the Thedford Optimist Club**, two organizations that work hard to bring activities, opportunities, and support to the youth in our community.

We look forward to seeing everyone there! 🎃👻

Hello Thedford Skating Club Families,

We are so excited to welcome everyone back to the ice! ⛸️❄️
Our 2026–2027 skating season officially begins this Saturday, October 3, 2026, and we can’t wait to see everyone!

⛸️ Saturday Skating Times
Power Skating: 8:00–8:50 a.m.
Intro-StarSkate: 9:00–10:05 a.m.
CanSkate & Pre-CanSkate: 10:05–10:50 a.m.
StarSkate: 11:00 a.m.–12:20 p.m.

Our regular season runs from October 3, 2026 to March 28, 2027.

❄️ A Reminder for Our New Skaters
Please make sure your skater comes dressed warmly and ready for the ice. Skaters should have:
A CSA-approved hockey helmet
Warm mitts or gloves
A warm jacket
Cover pants, splash pants or snow pants

For our younger and newer skaters, we ask families to please watch from the stands or from inside the arena and remain away from the entrance/ice doors. This really helps our coaches and Program Assistants get the skaters onto the ice, moving and settled into their sessions.

💳 Final Payments & Post-Dated Cheques
A reminder that all outstanding registration payments and required cheques must be received before your child can step onto the ice.

Please remember that registration is not considered complete or guaranteed until full payment has been received unless alternate arrangements have been made with the club.

🏒 Power Skating – Space Still Available!
We still have availability in our Saturday morning Power Skating program from 8:00–8:50 a.m.

Power Skating is designed for participants who have played hockey and already know how to skate. This is not a learn-to-skate program. Skaters may wear full hockey equipment and bring their sticks.

Ages 8–11:
Saturdays, October 3–November 7, 2026
8:00–8:50 a.m.

Ages 12–16:
Saturdays, February 6–March 27, 2027
8:00–8:50 a.m.
