Wow, what a crazy time it’s been lately and it seems will continue to be for a bit!
I hope everyone is staying healthy and being smart about their outings if they’re required.
There are a lot of positives that come along with this whole and thing and that’s where I recommend you put your focus! Of course address the difficult things that you may need to, but take the breaks to enjoy the bit of extra time that so many of us now have (some more than others), you need to for your mental and physical health! weakens your just as junk food and lack of sleep do, it can be worse and often causes a lot of our poor food choices and lack of sleep.
A few things you can do to relax, be happy, healthy and actually be more productive because you are happier!

If you don’t already practice meditation, this is a great time to learn!!

Try out some new recipes, there are so many wonderfully delicious while also healthy options! We’ll share a few of our faves this week ;)
Or, if you don’t already cook or bake, why not learn?!

Get outside! Go for a walk, especially in the trees, listen to the birds, see the different tracks in the snow, see the new growth of spring starting to sprout up, feel the sun and air on your face, look at the stars and the moon!
So many people are so disconnected from nature but it is a big part of us, we need to be as connected as possible!

Yoga is fantastic for the health of your body and your mind! If you don’t practice already, again, a great time to learn!

Even if you don’t like cleaning, you probably appreciate a clean and organized space, no?! Focus on that, turn on your fave playlist and just start, anywhere (if things have gotten a little out of hand sometimes it can be overwhelming to know where to start - just tell yourself to just start)!
A clean and organized space helps our mindset as well and makes it easier for us to focus on the things we need to but don’t want to do.
Of course there are so many other things but these are a few that I feel many need to be reminded of 😊
