What is an active group?
An active group is a formal or casual group made up of two or more people who get active together. Examples include:
• Walking, running or cycling groups
• Pick-up sport games, small sport leagues or organized sport teams
• Fitness class participants
• Families, friends, co-workers, romantic partners or neighbours who get active together

Participaction Community Challenge has officially started! Check out our calendar of FREE events happening at the Tahsis Recreation Centre during the month of June to help us compete for the title of Canada’s Most Active Community. Joining in any of these activities will count towards our progress! Every body counts towards our progress so bring your family and/or friends! We hope you get involved, get moving, & be part of the challenge!
