Great workshop last night!
We learned how to make wire wrapped rings and how to bundle, tie and use white sage for smudging.
The main photo below is a very simple mantra to use while smudging. Smudging is so versatile, it can be applied to all beliefs. Last night we learned a simplified version practiced by our Native Americans.
