We canā€™t help but feel incredibly grateful for this place we call home. Sylvan Lake truly is a special place, not just because of its beauty, but because of the amazing people who bring it to life all summer long.

We love and appreciate our local community who supports us year after year, and weā€™re equally touched by the families and friends who travel from near and far just to spend a day with us. Whether you came from down the street or across the province, your laughter, kindness and energy helped make Aqua Splash what it is.

Thank you for being part of our summer and for making it one to remember. Weā€™re already looking forward to next summer and welcoming you all back to Aqua Splash.

Throughout the summer, we saw guests looking out for one another in all kinds of ways. Sunscreen was shared, nervous kids were encouraged to try something new, and when a set of car keys went missing, guests teamed up to help search until they were found. An impressive Aqua Splash group effort!

These moments of kindness are what make this Sylvan Lake community so special. Thank you for bringing the encouragement, good energy, and friendly spirit to Aqua Splash all season long.

Last week we had a visit from some four legged friends, the K-9 Provincial Invasive Species Search Prevention program. Cindy and her team did an inspection of our super slide and pronounced us safe! This important program is helping make sure that invasive species arenā€™t entering our lakes via boats and causing immense damage.

We appreciate Cindy, Mateo, and their fuzzy companions Jane and Hilo for taking the time to come down and inspect us and for all the work they are doing to help keep our Alberta lake safe! šŸ¦ŗšŸ¾
