8 years. ❤️
Eight years ago today, we opened the doors to Fired Creations, really having no idea what it would turn into.
I remember thinking I would probably have a staff of three. Now, during our busiest seasons, we can have 13 or 14 amazing people working alongside us. We’ve built relationships with so many wonderful local organizations, watched families create traditions here year after year, celebrated birthdays, milestones and everyday moments, and met so many people along the way.
Some of our staff have been with us on and off since the very beginning, and others have been here for five years or more. We truly could not do what we do without them, and I’m so thankful for the people who have helped make Fired Creations what it is today.
And of course, thank you to our community. Whether you’ve been coming here for years, celebrated every birthday with us, painted one piece of pottery, stopped in for a coffee, or just came through the doors for the first time, thank you.
This little business has grown in ways I never expected, even expanding outside our four walls with our mobile café and food trailer the past few summers. Seeing the support for that next little extension of Fired Creations has been pretty incredible too.
Eight years of Fired Creations. That’s a lot of pottery, a lot of coffee, a lot of memories, and a whole lot of people to be thankful for.
