Artists will listen to Indigenous teachings from Jared Big Canoe on one of the Seven Sacred Teachings— R E S P E C T — and use colour, line, texture, shape, and intuitive mark-making to express what it means to them. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, pausing frequently to reflect on the unfolding process.
