Behind every rodeo performance, fairground memory, concert, merch station, event setup, and community moment is an incredible team of volunteers who make the Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair possible year after year.
From local high school students earning volunteer hours and giving back to their community, to our dedicated Board of Directors who begin planning this event in November and continue long after May Long Weekend wraps up, this event is built by people who care deeply about Cloverdale and the traditions we continue to celebrate together.
Our volunteer leads and department teams are the foundation of the CRCF. They lead the zones, experiences, and behind-the-scenes operations that help make us one of the largest volunteer-led events in Canada, and we could not be more proud of this community.
To every volunteer who showed up, worked hard, supported guests, problem-solved, and helped create unforgettable memories this year… thank you. 🤠
