When it comes to body modifications, patience is your best friend. The surface might look perfectly fine within a few weeks, but tissues heal from the outside in! Changing your jewelry too soon or slacking on your aftercare can lead to irritation bumps, migration, or infections.

Save this post for later and check the average healing times from our expert piercers:
👂 Earlobe: 2–4 months
🛡️ Nostril: 3–4 months
🌊 Navel: 6–8 months
