Mom & Stretch — Gentle Dance Stretch for Moms

Join Bellydance Collective BC and Cirque Academy at Solace Wellness Collective for a gentle morning movement class created especially for local moms.
Solace Wellness Collective

This intimate, small-group class combines gentle stretching, dance-inspired movement, mobility and light toning techniques to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and build strength and stamina for the demands of everyday life.

No dance experience is needed. The movements are approachable and adaptable, with a focus on moving safely and comfortably rather than performance. Come as you are, take an hour for yourself, and start your day feeling stretched, energized and refreshed.

$25+GST drop-in or $120+GST/6 classes; payable by etransfer

Day: Tuesdays, October 13 - December 15 (note that there is no class on October 20)

Time: 10:00am – 11:00am

We may not have a huge update to share this time, but we wanted to take a moment to let you know where things stand — and why your support is still so important.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we were able to reach our first $4,000 goal, which gave us the equipment we needed to get Cirque Academy off the ground. We are so incredibly grateful. ❤️
Now, our next goal is $8,000.
As our programs get underway, there’s a bit of a gap between when we deliver the programming and when we get paid. The community centres we’re working with invoice participants for their programs, and we won’t receive our payment until the sessions are complete.
But our coaches need to be paid along the way.
That means we need enough working capital to cover coaching wages while we wait for those program payments to come in.
This next $4,000 will help bridge that gap and keep our coaches paid while we continue building Cirque Academy.
