MEET THE ACOTR- PRINCE GOSWAMI-
Prince, a trained actor, completed his Masters in Theater from university and then ventured to Canada to commence his theater training at New Image College Vancouver. Throughout his program, he has undergone extensive training and gained invaluable experience, dedicating himself to honing his craft each day. His passion for theater is unparalleled.

He has portrayed significant roles such as Judas in “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot” by Stephen Adly Guirgis and Giles Corey in “The Crucible” by Arthur Miller, among others. Prince's dedication to the art of theater is evident in his remarkable performances. Not only has he excelled in English productions, but he has also made a mark in Punjabi plays.

Prince has collaborated with renowned theater directors both in India and Canada, establishing himself as one of the few actors to achieve success in both English and Punjabi theater. His repertoire includes notable Punjabi plays such as "Miti Da Bawa," "Raat Chanani," "Gallan Teria," and "Wrong Number," with Thespis Arts Club in Surrey. In "Tuhanu Kihda Rang Pasand Hai," he portrays the character of DK with finesse and depth.

About The Play-
Marriage, morality and s*x are three angles of a man-woman relationship through which civilization has reached to today's complex juncture. Institution of marriage still persists but there is dissatisfaction in it. It’s more of a cradle for physical pleasures than mental and emotional attachment. Everyone is looking for any possible exit to breathe easy. Pali presented this great philosophical thought in such a simplistic manner, that it has become a magnum opus for the writer himself as well as for the whole Punjabi theatre.

“ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਰੰਗ ਪਸੰਦ ਹੈ” ਆਉ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਾਟਕ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਰੰਗ ਦਿਖਾਈਏ । ਤੁਸੀ ਨਾਟਕ ਦੇਖਣ ਆਉਗੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਚਾਹ ਪਕੌੜੇ ਖਵਾ ਸਕਾਂਗੇ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ਼ੋਂ ਤੀਹ ਡਾਲਰ ਲਵਾਂਗੇ । ਇਸ ਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੱਸ ਸਕੋ ਜਾਂ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰੋਣ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਉ । ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੁਝ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਮਾਰੋ । ਬੱਸ ਤੁਸੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨਾਟਕ ਦੇਖੋਗੇ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨਾਟਕ । ਹਾਂ ਸੱਚ ਨਾਟਕ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਜਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਨਹੀਂ । ਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ “ਸਿੱਖਿਆ “ ।ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਾਟਕ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉਵੇਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਕਿਰ ਹੁਸੈਨ ਦਾ ਤਬਲਾ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ , ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਹਰੀਪਰਸਾਦ ਚੁਰਸੀਆ ਦੀ ਬੰਸਰੀ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ 19 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਰੀ ਆਰਟ ਸੈਂਟਰ , ਬੀਅਰ ਕਰੀਕ ਪਾਰਕ ਦੇ ਸਟੂਡੀਓ ਥੀਏਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਲਈ +1 (778) 878-7600 ਤੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ।
