SUCCESS!!!.... Our legs are wobbly, heart rate went through the roof and I am pretty sure our body parts moved like they haven't in years 🫣🤣🤷‍♀️💃🕺...
we showed up.... we danced hard.... I myself burned 693 calories.... and we GROOVED our hearts out!

As much as this pains me to have to do this ... I have injured my knee slightly and it is pooling fluid, unfortunately I have to cancel tonight's class 🥺😢
I am on meds and a relax regime for a couple days.
We will postpone it until next Friday, November 14th.
So very sorry folks 😔
