What happens after our final performance this afternoon, you might wonder?
We’ll gather together to clean the theatre before heading across the street to the Municipal Hall for our potluck and cast party.
At the party, we celebrate our cast and crew. While our audiences see and hear the incredible work of many performers and crew members during each production, this is our chance to recognize and thank the board and directing team, whose behind-the-scenes efforts are just as vital to the success of our drama club.
This year, we’d like to give a special thank-you to Glenn Kingdon, our sets director, who built (from scratch) the amazing floor piano featured in the show. There are many others to recognize as well, so be sure to check the back page of your program for a full list of directors and their committees. Each person plays an important role in delivering a top-notch performance for our audience.
Community theatre truly is about community. None of us could do this alone, and that includes you - our audience. We are deeply grateful for the support and dedication of our entire drama family.
