Seniors are invited to join this free, hands-on workshop to learn simple, nutritious meal ideas and practical cooking tips for one.
Participants will prepare a meal to take home and enjoy.

We are open today, Wednesday August 19th for raspberry picking! Come anytime between 9am and 3pm, no tickets needed. Bring a container to pick into, or we have some for purchase. The field is nearing the end of production, so don’t delay. Come before they are done for the season.

✏️ The new school year is just around the corner! Help students in the Tri-Region start the year off right!

Head over to Staples in Spruce Grove on Saturday, August 29 and help us fill a City bus with new school supplies for students in need. All donations stay local and support students in the Parkland and Evergreen School Divisions.
